‘Sound Outings’ captures sound walks from the pastoral French Pyrenees to the semi-rural pockets of la Huerta de Murcia. The audio journey intermittently explores a series of acoustic spaces through field recording and live keyboard performances. As compositions in situ, they reveal an ephemeral dialogue with the acoustic landscape, an unexpected collaboration.

"..... There is a quiet approach here, in good microsound tradition, a rural aspect, with very little human interference being captured with these microphones. It's a pity that some of these are so brief, as I wouldn't mind hearing a bit more of it all. If you start the manipulation, why not extend it some more? It also says on the cover that this is an edition of 10 copies, of which I have number 2. How and where the others can be purchased remains a mystery, and that is the sad end of this review; people should hear this little travelogue in sound" (Vital Weekly)
